This page explains what data Same Day Website Builder ("Service", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, phone number, business name, and password (stored hashed).
• Site content: business details, branding, photos, services, service areas, and about-page copy you enter in the dashboard.
• Accounting data: invoices and line items you create.
• Free report requests: your website address, business name, first name, phone, email, trade, city and state, and how you found us (for example ad campaign tags). We use this to build your report and preview, email it to you, and follow up by email or phone.
• Usage: which sections of the wizard you've visited, so we can help you finish setup.

How we use it

• To render your live website at your subdomain or domain.
• To let you log in and manage your data.
• To send account emails (welcome, site-live confirmation, password reset, and — if you started but didn't finish setup — a short reminder from us to help you across the line).
• To operate and improve the Service.

Who can see your data

Only you can read or edit your account data through the app. Content that appears on your live site (business name, phone, photos, services, etc.) is public by design once you launch — that's the whole point of the site. Internal fields (owner id, tax rate, notification timestamps, etc.) are never exposed publicly. The site owner can access account data to provide support and diagnose issues.

Where your data lives

We store data with our managed backend provider. Access is protected by row-level security policies so each account is isolated. Uploaded photos are compressed and converted to WebP in the browser before upload.

Your choices

• You can edit or remove any content in your dashboard at any time.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us — we'll remove your data within a reasonable window.
• You can reset your password at any time from the log-in page.

Cookies and advertising

We use a first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site. These tools may set cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and collect information like the pages you view, your device and browser, your IP address, and actions such as requesting a free report, starting a trial or buying a plan. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone number so Meta can match the action to an ad. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's Data Policy. We don't sell your personal information for money. To opt out on this browser, click "Opt out" in our cookie notice or on this page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. You can also opt out of interest-based ads in your Facebook ad settings and at optout.aboutads.info.

We only send that scrambled email and phone after you click "OK" on our cookie notice. We keep a record of when you clicked it, and opting out withdraws it right away.
